During my stay, I dealt with multiple issues. First, upon arrival, I found that the front desk was closed despite its posted hours, leaving me and other guests stranded for almost 20 minutes. Once I checked in, my room had noticeable cleanliness issues, including dusty surfaces and a cockroach in the bathroom. Additionally, the vending machines were malfunctioning, making the accessibility of snacks and drinks quite frustrating.

The staff here are just very nice. Marc, Junior, and Elena. They always greeted us with a big smile and were super helpful when we needed anything, it was a relief after long travel days. I felt like they cared, like family you might say.
